Russian Education Week has kicked off in African country Mali on November, 20, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation's Telegram channel informs. The event is organized by the Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University, acting as the coordinator for the Consortium of the Russian-African Network University (RAFU).

The event encompasses the inauguration of the Russian Language Center, the Information Center of Saint Petersburg State University (SPBU) and RAFU, and the Pre-University Training Center. Additionally, there is a special program for the ceremonial welcoming of new members into the consortium.
