The Russkiy Mir Foundation accepts donations from organizations, businesses and private individuals. All funds received are exclusively dedicated to the realization of noncommercial projects whose objectives coincide with the Foundations mandate.

“In the 21st century, the teenagers' speech has changed so significantly that they would need a translator to talk to a peer of the first half of the last century," President of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MAPRYAL), head of the board of trustees of the Russian World Foundation Lyudmila Verbitskaya noted in her greeting to the participants of the 5th International Pedagogical Forum named Language Norms. Types and Problems. Greeting was read by a member of the MAPRYAL Presidium, an expert on the methodology of teaching Russian as foreign language, Tatyana Mlechko, PhD in pedagogical sciences.
The Russian Center has been opened in Presov University (Slovakia) on November 20, 2018. The Russian Ambassador to Slovakia A. L. Fedotov, the rector of the University of Presov P. Kony and the executive director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation V. V. Kochin attended the ceremony. The opening of the Russian Center aroused great interest among professors, teachers and students of the university.
