Tourist companies in the UK have to cater for London – Moscow charter flights in order to provide all the English fans with tickets who are adamantly dreaming of coming to the Russian capital. The plane tickets are instantly sold out, according to the First TV Channel.

Inquiries for flights from the UK to Russia have increased by 200 percent over the last couple of days for an evident reason – one of the most fascinating sports events – the FIFA World Cup has entered its final stage and England continues its way along the tournament. The English football team got into semifinals for the first time over almost 30 years.

Fans from the UK were not so lucky. Believing in fairytales of mass media sources abounding in Anti-Russian horror stories right before the FIFA World Cup, many fans had to stay at home to watch the game. Only around 13 000 British got Fan IDs.

Now, when the cherished trophy is within a stone’s throw, they are not stopped by tales of horrible Russia. The interest is stirred up by witnesses’ stories. People who decided to support the football team at place talk about hospitality of the Russian people, their friendliness and deep knowledge of the UK football history.
