More and more young Estonians think about possibility of getting master's degree in Russia. Advisor to the Russian Embassy in Estonia Dmitry Litsky commented that the current program realized by our country allows to enroll for the state-funded places to even those who doesn't know Russian, IA Sputnik reports. 

He has noted that most part of the applications comes from Russian-speaking Estonia inhabitants, but there are also some application coming from ethnic Estonians. Most of them want to study in St. Petersburg located not very far from Estonian border, but also in Kaliningrad, Nizjny Novgorod, and even in Vladivostok.

Those who doesn't know Russian have to take one-years preparation language course. 

Estonians prefer to choose liberal arts degrees. Dmitry Litsky noted that theater, opera and ballet are very popular in Estonia, hence students are following the demand knowing that Russia is famous for best theater and music colleges.
