WADA’s chief was ordered to ban Russian national team from the Olympics

Fancy Bears hacked into e-mail account of Director of Legal Affairs of the International Olympic Committee Howard Stupp, Director General of the International Olympic Committee Christophe De Kepper and Scientific Director Richard Budgett. Their correspondence about the doping scandal on the previous Olympics has been published on the hackers’ website, RT informs.

Stupp writes that the head of WADA Richard McLaren was ordered to secure ban of Russian national team from the Olympics, discrediting of the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Games.

According to him, McLaren is exerting pressure on the International Olympic Committee and suppressing the Russian national team.

Fancy Bears have warned on their Twitter account that they plan to reveal some other facts about sports’ life, International Olympic Committee and WADA.

As the Russkiy Mir Foundation has reported earlier, the report by Richard McLaren contained statements that around a thousand of our sportsmen took part in substitution of doping tests during the Olympics in Sochi. The second part of the report was published in the end of 2016.

Later WADA acknowledged that the report didn’t contain enough evidence to prove involvement of Russian sportsmen into the infringements. Besides, the text had some inaccuracies.
