22.12.2017

Russian Foreign MinistryKiev is trying to jeopardize Minsk-2 agreements by all possible means, Russian Foreign Ministry believes. Petro Poroshenko has already promised to intensify Military Forces of Ukraine located in Donbass. Besides, Ukrainian President proposed to include French and German soldiers into Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Donbass ceasefire regime. According to Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin, this clearly proves that Kiev is not going to fulfill undertaken obligations, Russian Newspaper informs.

Diplomat has noted that Poroshenko is trying to lead the country out of the crisis at somebody else’s expense. The Deputy Minster has emphasized that the Ukrainian leader has demonstrated one more time the absence of political will and ability to build up the state politics.

Lying hopes for settlement of Donbass problems of the French, Germans or somebody else, he jeopardizes fulfillment of agreements, which he once signed, the senior diplomat said. Actions and statements of Poroshenko are crystal clear. They are absolutely primitive and irresponsible in front of Ukrainian people, he added. Besides, Ukrainian President is still reluctant to communicate with Donetsk and Lugansk, which are legal parts of the county he is heading.

It is worth reminding that Russia refused to take part in Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Donbass ceasefire regime. Russian Foreign Ministry has laid the responsibility for all aftermath of this decision on Kiev.
