Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the ban on the entry of Russian cars, which was introduced by some European countries, Nazism, TASS reports.

He drew attention to how little time it took for Europeans to lose the veil of good looks that had covered them lately. Previously, they tried to use some minimal remnants of diplomacy and ethics, the Russian minister noted. But the introduced bans prove the existence of what is called Nazism, he clarified.

The ban was imposed on all Russians, like many other restrictions. In the West, the blame is placed not only on the Russian authorities, but also on all residents of the country, Sergei Lavrov pointed out.

As Russkiy Mir reported, earlier, the European Commission announced that cars with Russian license plates were banned from entering the EU territory. Smartphones, laptops, suitcases, cosmetics and other personal belongings can be confiscated.

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, called the EU’s actions racist.
