The Russian-Egyptian forum "Time for Good Deeds" has kicked off in Cairo. The forum is taking place in the Russian House in the Egyptian capital. The event was attended by representatives of charitable and volunteer organizations, doctors, university students and parents of children with disabilities, the Russian House in Cairo telegram channel reports.

The forum brought together authoritative representatives of Russia and Egypt, including those in the field of healthcare and social policy. Adviser to the Minister of Social Solidarity of Egypt Maha Hilali noted that the forum will help strengthen relations between the two countries.

It was noted that the forum provided an excellent opportunity for Russian and Egyptian colleagues to exchange practices and discuss joint research. Thanks to the forum, parents of children with special needs will be able to learn more about their adaptation and socialization.

On Saturday and Sunday, forum participants will be able to get acquainted with volunteer projects. The Time for Good Deeds Forum in Egypt is supported by the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity and the Auladna Foundation.
