Russian news outlet in Spanish is launched in Chile

Russian news media outlet in Spanish language Is founded in Chile, the telegram channel of the Moscow Compatriot House reports. It was launched by the Coordinating Council of Organizations of Russian Compatriots (CCORC).

On the Russia Times News website, one can learn about the events that are taking place in Russia, as well as about the affairs of compatriots living abroad. It is planned that the website will convey information about Russia's foreign policy to an international audience.
 
The media intends to target the whole continent of Latin America.

The CCORC noted that the ongoing activities help to attract the children of Russian compatriots in Chile to the study of the Russian language and familiarize them with Russian culture. Many children of compatriots study in local schools, but have retained their knowledge of the Russian language. Children from Russian-speaking families are active and take part in the work of their compatriots' organizations.
