Athletes from 25 countries to take part in Children of Asia Games in Vladivostok

Athletes from 25 countries are expected to take part in the 7th Children of Asia Games sports tournament, TASS reports. The Games will be hosted by Vladivostok next summer. 

This year marks 25 years since the 1st Children of Asia Games were held in Yakutia. The competition was established in the year of the centenary of the Olympic movement.

The Children of Asia Games are summer games, they are organized every four years in more than 20 sports disciplines. The Games received wide international recognition, being the only Russian project carried out under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee and UNESCO.
