Victories in group matches in the 5th day of the FIFA World Cup-2018 belong to the favorites. England put some efforts into hitting the gates of Tunisia twice, the Swedes hit the only score into the gates of the South Korean team and Belgium bashed Panama with 3:0 score, TASS informs.

Sweden and South Korea met in Nizhniy Novgorod. According to the local population, the streets were flooded with yellow t-shirts of the Sweden football fans. South Koreans were not less in number. Eventually a new record was set – 42300 spectators were accommodated in the football field of Nizhniy Novgorod, with the total capacity to house 45000. The only score of the match after penalty belongs to Viktor Klasson – a halfback of Krasnodar playing for the Sweden team.

Sochi Fisht stadium welcomed Belgium and Panama. Three scores were hit into the gates of the Panama national team. Despite the defeat, the Panama team is content with the result, as this is their first world championships.

The final football game of the 5th day took place in the evening at Volgograd stadium. The match started with the England’s attack which ended up with the goalkeeper’s change. After the first score, England reacted very slowly on the retaliate score of the Tunisia’s team. The second score followed at the very end of the meeting and England confirmed its status of the favorite. The main news around football in Volgograd was insects. Small gnats prevented the footballers from playing severely attacking them.

In Saint Petersburg, the Russian national team is to meet the Egyptians who lost to Uruguay in the first game earlier. The Columbians are to play with the Japanese in Saransk and the Polish team is to meet Senegal in Moscow.
