Stolypin has opened in the State Historical Museum on his “Russian” birthday, the April 2, although, “strictly speaking”, the future Prime-minister of the Russian Empire was born in Dresden in accordance with the European calendar, on April 14. This is not the first exhibition in Moscow – five years ago the State Historical Museum (SHM) celebrated the jubilee of the agrarian reform which was intended to change the face of the nation.
