Russian Muslims helped build a hospital in the Gaza Strip

A 20-bed hospital has been constructed in the Gaza Strip through the efforts of Russia's Zakat Foundation, RIA Novosti reported.

The deputy head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims (DUM) of the Russian Federation Ildar Alyautdinov shared that the facility will provide treatment for Palestinians affected by Israeli bombardment. 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health has expressed gratitude for the support. There is plan to build another 20-bed hospital to be built in the near future. 

As Russkiy Mir reported, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims (DUM) of the Russian Federation started to collect funds to help Russians who had to leave the Gaza Strip. The collection was announced by the Zakyat charity foundation
