Russian language courses opened in Zanzibar

Russian language courses began to work on the Tanzanian island of Zanzibar. The first group enrolled twelve people. Lessons for them are conducted by Ekaterina Kalashnikova. The Russian woman lives on the island and is a member of a conservation project related to the study of marine mammals.


Lessons will take place every day, a classroom was provided by one of the local travel agencies, which is actively developing interaction with Russian tour operators.

Zanzibar is turning into a place that is very popular among Russians. The interest in this island among Russian tourists is increasing. Therefore, the Russian language is now in great demand.
