The Oscar Rabin Association has been registered in France. Its goal is to promote the creative heritage of the outstanding Soviet and French artist, as well as to support young artists. The widow of the master Tatyana Lysak-Polishchuk announced the creation of the association, according to the Russkiy Ochevidets newspaper.

The statement was made at the evening, which was held on the anniversary of the death of the artist, who passed away in November 2018 at the 91. As part of the memorial evening, the widow opened his workshop to everyone who knew Oscar Rabin personally and was a fan of his work.

Lysak-Polishchuk said that the association would hold exhibitions of the artist's works, collect and present photo and video materials related to the name of Oscar Rabin. It also plans to establish a prize for young artists. Tatyana Lysak-Polishchuk emphasized that the association was open to a wide variety of proposals and ideas and already found its representatives in the United States.

Oscar Rabin went down in history as an artist and organizer of exhibitions of Soviet artists. It was he who held the so-called Bulldozer Exhibition in 1974.
