According to the organizers, it is very pleasing that the young vocalists have such great interest in the invaluable historical and cultural heritage of the Russian people - the Russian romance songs.

The creative competition consisted of two stages. Contestants performed classical romance songs and works by contemporary composers. The jury evaluated the depth of the work, mastery of performing skills, understanding of the style of the work performed and the musical culture.
