The public diplomacy forum opens on Tuesday, September 17, Interfax news agency reports. It is for the second time that Belgorod has been accepting it. The main theme of the forum is "The role of graduates in the development of business partnerships."

The three-day program will be held at the Belgorod Shukhov State Technological University. Representatives of more than fifty different countries will gather there - Latin American, Asian, European, Middle Eastern, including graduates who have reached heights in their professional activities.
