Russian Education exhibition held in India for 20th time

Twelve Russian universities were represented at All-India Russian Education Exhibition Fair, which was held at the Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in New Delhi.

Indian applicants learned about the areas of training in Russian universities, the conditions of education and residence, as well as government scholarships. The exhibition will also be held in seven cities in India, Rossotrudnichestvo website informs. The exhibition was organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in India and RusEducation company. 

During the exhibition in the Indian capital, presentations of a number of federal universities of Russia and regional educational institutions took place. Universities from Perm, Orenburg, Tomsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Chelyabinsk, Kazan and other cities were represented.

The Russian delegation included rectors of several Russian universities, as well as the Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Education and Personnel Policies in the Ministry of Health Care of Russian Federation Artyom Tarasenko. On the eve of the opening of the exhibition, he gave a press conference, at which he spoke about the development of medical education in Russia. The speech of Artyom Tarasenko caused a great interest, since medical faculties of Russian universities are popular abroad. 

During presentations and meetings, potential students could learn about the opportunities offered by Russian higher education, the system and areas of training, admission rules, living conditions and much more.
