The educational campaign will be organized in two sites. The Russian Apple Tree School and the Russian gymnasium in Busan will host the event.

People may apply to the dictation by addressing to any of these places. Participation is voluntary and free.

The dictation will be held on November 11, the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) traditionally organizes it.

The participants will be offered to choose from four variants of the dictation. Two of them are worked out for Russia, another one is prepared for participants from abroad. The fourth option is an online format. According to the organizers, they all have equal level of complexity.

According to Russkiy Mir Foundation website, last year Geographical dictation was written in Russia and 25 countries. Nearly 150.000 people in Russia and over 2000 people abroad joined the action. More than 100.000 people checked their knowledge in geography online.
