Russian biker says it is easy for Russians to travel

Everywhere in the world people like Russians, the traveler Oleg Kharitonov is convinced. He says that he could see this during a round-the-world trip, the Federal News Agency reports.

He confessed that he does not speak any foreign language and knows only one hundred of the most common words in English. Nevertheless, he managed to communicate wherever he was.

"People in the world have a good attitude to Russians. Travelling for Russians is pleasant and easy, because generally people like Russians, " the tourist shared his opinion.

It took him almost four years to cross the globe. He visited 75 countries. Now the last point of the route is approaching, the finish is scheduled for August 18. Thus, he will establish the all-Russian record of the most extended and longest motorcycle journey. Oleg Kharitonov has to cover about 1,500 km before the end of the trip. There are almost 2,000 km behind him.

The friends from all over the world will meet the traveler in the Russian capital after the end of the expedition Around the World on a Motorcycle - The Way. He does hope to come in time as he dreams to accompany his daughter on her first day at school.

Earlier Russkiy Mir reported that Kharitonov began his motor-marathon in Moscow. He traveled all over Russia and reached Vladivostok. Then Kharitonov drove around Southeastern Asia returned to Europe, reached its southwestern tip and went to Morocco.
After this, Oleg Kharitonov went down along the African west coast, drove to the South African Republic. At the end of last year, he reached Cuba from Jamaica, and then the Mexica was on his way. He moved to the US and Canada and returned to Russia via Alaska.
