Russia and Qatar to conduct Cross Year in 2018

Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky has marked that there are many events planned on the humanitarian level fostering “conducive climate of confidence between our countries.”

Let us remember, 30,000 participants have gathered at the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum-2017 that has started on November 15. Its central topic is international cooperation. Traditionally main topics of the forum are professional issues of cinema, theatre, circus, animation, libraries and in other fields.
