Russian-Speaking Community Council of Manhattan & the Bronx organises 1st Forum of Immigrants and New Americans From Ex-Soviet Countries

Main topics:
- Celebrating the legacy of the struggle against authoritarianism and oppression in society and the arts rts, on the 100th anniversary of the end of Tsarism in Russia and of the U.S.-Russian alliance in World War I;
- Discussing immigrant integration and the needs of our communities in New York State;
- Our unity in resistance to hate speech and hate crimes, Neo-Nazism, anti-Semitism and racism, international aggression, discrimination against any minorities, and stereotyping of any religion or nation;
- Special presentation by Khidekel Architects, ‘From Vision to Reality: New solutions to protect large and densely populated waterfront areas of New York from natural disasters.’
- Honoring our community volunteers and immigrant artists.
