Children Draw Russkiy Mir – First Phase of International Competition Concludes

For the second year in a row the international competition “Children Draw Russkiy Mir” is attracting a large number of young talented participants.

From March 1 to June 7, the first selection round took place via the Internet on the theme “The Magical World of Russian Fairytales”. Over 1000 children from 35 countries took part (including from Morocco, Georgia, Ireland, Kyrgyzstan and Greece, which are new to the competition this year). The largest number of participants are from Transnistria (305), followed by Latvia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine (about 100 – 150 each).
