Bolshoi Ballets Coming Soon on YouTube
 Mar 2, 2012

Bolshoi Theatre ballets will be available on YouTube as of March 11th, Voice of Russia reports. Runet users will be able to watch Bolshoi ballets online thanks to the theatre’s project with Google Russia.

Until now, the privilege of watching Bolshoi productions live belonged to foreign audiences.

Live broadcasts of the Bolshoi ballets have been on in 300 cinema houses in 22 countries since March 2010 but ironically, Russia was not on the list.

YouTube users will be able to see the ballet Le Corsaire on its premiere night.
