Russian Science and Culture Center to Appear in Bethlehem

The Russian government has approved a draft accord with the Palestine National Authority to establish a Russian center of science and culture in Bethlehem, Interfax-Religion reports. The document also outlines the terms for the center's functioning.
The Russian Foreign Ministry has been appointed to hold negotiations with the Palestinian side and to sign the document, according to a resolution available on the database of the cabinet's regulatory acts.
