The Russian Museum is planning to open a network cultural center in China, TASS reports. According to Alla Manilova, who heads the museum, it will cover several Chinese provinces at once.

She spoke about this during the opening ceremony of the exhibition of Chinese artist Han Yuchen. The exposition began to work on Thursday, July 6, in St. Petersburg. Works are presented in the Marble Palace.

Alla Manilova called cooperation with China very important. The future project will be large-scale, it will affect the entire museum community in Russia.

The cultural center of the Russian Museum will allow not only to exchange exhibitions, but to organize interaction in various aspects. Numerous educational events will also take place there.

It is planned to develop virtual branches of the Russian Museum, which operate all over the world.
