Experts from different countries to meet at Art Moscow Online forum

Experts from many countries have become participants in the International Forum Art Moscow Online, which takes place in the Russian capital on Thursday, November 28, TASS reports. Experts discuss the impact of the pandemic on art, new digital mechanics and the transformation of the art environment, the experience of collecting and patronage.

More than 80 speakers are planned, discussions and other events will be broadcast on the forum website. Among the participants are Manuel Rabate, head of the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi, artist Zhang Huan, photographer Martin Parr and many other foreign artists and cultural figures. Our country is represented, in particular, by the General Director of the Hermitage Mikhail Piotrovsky, the head of the Pushkin Museum Marina Loshak, the chief architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov.

Experts are convinced that the pandemic has helped bring culture to a new stage of development. As the forum director Vasily Bychkov noted, Art Moscow Online will help to see what is happening now in art, architecture, design, and collecting. It will set the cultural agenda for the coming year, and everyone will be able to immerse themselves in the art environment while staying at home.
