Russian Education 2017 Expo opens in New Delhi

pixabay.comFifteen native universities take part in Russian Education 2017 Exhibition in New Delhi, TASS reports. This is the 18th Expo.

Rossotrudnichestvo representative Fedor Rozovsky informed that more than 1500 Indian Students come to study in Russia every year. He has also marked that the best students will receive grants from Russian government. This year the quota for grants has grown four times, and now the total comes to 100 free places a year.

Aside from those colleges that already participate in the Expo 20 more higher education institutions have sent their information and study programs for the prospective students.

The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, The Southern Federal University, the Far Eastern Federal University, The Higher School of Economics and some others introduced their programs in New Delhi. Primarily, Indian students are eager to learn Medical sciences and Engineering, Mathematics and Programming.
